Meet Southern Best Cleaning

Southern Best Cleaning is a locally owned cleaning company founded by Oscar Morales and registered as a South Carolina LLC, working out of Bluffton and serving builders, property owners and homeowners across the SC Lowcountry & Coastal Georgia.

Post-construction cleaning is our lead service. We already hold contracts with builders and contractors in the Lowcountry, taking new builds and renovations from a finished site to a property that's ready for its final walk-through — debris cleared, dust and residue off every surface, windows and fixtures detailed.

Alongside that we handle exterior pressure washing — driveways, siding, walkways, patios and decks — and residential cleaning, one-time or on a recurring schedule. It's the same crew for all three, which is why a builder or a homeowner can hand us the whole property rather than juggling separate companies for the inside and the outside.

Our promise: careful work, an honest price agreed before we start, and a property left exactly as we found it — minus the dust, the debris and the grime. We're open Monday–Friday 7:00 AM – 6:00 PM · Saturday: emergency service only · Sunday: closed.
